Cell C are *******!

This is absolute theft CellC!!!! I opened up a contract in May with an agreed amount of 40GB @ R299 for 24 Months, 20GB anytime and 20GB nighttime. The lady who signed me up CLEARLY STATED to me that ONLY R299 would come off my account and NOTHING MORE THAN R299. Since May I have been paying R299 per month, no problem, BUT this month a RIDICULOUS amount of R6952 comes off my account???????????????? That is honestly impossible to use that amount of data!!!!!! I’ve been hacked or what, I don’t know but there is absolutely no way it’s possible. my agreement with Cell C has been breached! I contacted Cell C and went through my subscription/product information and in there states “Smart Data” aka “open line” THAT IS NOT WHAT THE LADY ADVISED ME UPON WHEN OPENING MY CONTRACT!!! if that were the case I would NEVER have opened a contract. I will not be held victim of this theft..... Cell C, your employee made a clear statement to me, I was advised no more than R299 would come off my account. She clearly never set that on my account information when creating this account, I am now a victim of theft. How such an amount of data is used is some what impossible!!!!!!!!!!
