Cell C are *******!!!

<p>I would never ever take out any contract with cell c. My contract ended last year february but however money has been deducted from my account. when I call them i am always informed it was cancelled and then it stops for 2 months then again the deductions they begin. i regret the day my family and I took contracts from cell c. its worst service provider ever. when you call customer care they tell you they will put you through to legal department for the letter but legal deprtment never answer their phone. i wonder if there is someone working there.</p>
