Cell C are the worst company ever !!!!!

Cell C is the worst company ever to deal with. They cannot resolve my issue of overcharging and much more since last year 2023. They overcharged me, there agents promise you a contract and then the contract is different. They say they will get the recordings, but never do and keep postponing the complaint. They are useless. What they say over the phone is not the same as the contract. Nearly a year and the problem are still ongoing. When speaking to a team leader, they never phone you back, I have reference numbers as long as my arm, none are resolved. You speak to a wall when phoning them.
