Cell C are the worse online mobile device store!!!!

Cell C is the worst store to purchase a device from! I bought a phone and laptop on contract online at Cell C and returned the laptop within the 7 days period because the laptop was not what I've expected. The process of buying a device went smooth and fast but resolving the credit return on my account went from bad to worse! I made 5 calls to return the laptop and have the contract cancelled and the outcome was of no help. I then called again and made it clear that I want to speak to a manager and no manager was available. Someone then called me to arrange collection with a RAM courier it, The collection went quick but fixing my account was the worst process ever! Cell C then got my cancellation request and it came down to a R11 000 fee for a laptop which is the value of R5000. On the 25th of April they've debited R12 000 from my account for a laptop that has be returned. Why was the cancellation fee R11 000 if their policy states R300 collection fee within 7 days???? They are ridiculous!
