Cell C are Terrible

<p>I moved from vodacom in late 2015 when i was on prepaid and still using my bbm cellphone with BIS at that time, to start my new contract on Cell C. So i was offered a NEW contract but was able to keep my old number, i got the new Iphone 6 that time and as time went on i started see an extra R50 on my bill and didnt notice really till i did and phoned and wanted to find out why. And my answer from them was i was still being charged the fee for BIS although i have a new Iphone 6 which doesnt use BIS, because the person that signed me up for a new contract WHICH IS AN IPHONE, FORGOT to notify me and just left the extra fee on my NEW contract just because!! Its Now 2017 and when i said to them that im going to investigate the issue they suddenly took the fee off my bill. So what is Cell C trying to pull with me and maybe more of its so called customers??? I am and will still investigate this issue!!!</p>
