Cell C are ******** and *******
Cell C are ******** and *******. I canceled my Cell C contract over 2 years ago, yet they still randomly deduct amounts of 144.27 on certain months. I spoke to my bank FNB (another disgraceful, dishonest business entity) and they cant reverse this amount and said I should contact Cell C directly. The banking app doesn't allow me to block them anymore either.
I have tried contacting Cell C numerous times but they cant assist me either. I live in China so I cannot visit a Cell C branch. I have also blocked their debit orders before but these ******* just change the reference numbers.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!
DEDUCTION DATE: 1 DECEMBER 2021 REFERENCE: CELL C SP *** *** AMOUNT: 144.27
