Cell c are ********

I am so disappointed I have missed one payment in August due to this pandemic but continue making payments and with my understanding I owe 660 and I have sent through proof of payment because I made eft payments and sent through proof of payment but still cell c is saying I owe a huge balance even though I have sent through proof of payment today I spoke to Nomsa who said I have missed payments and there is 70 rand that is added i regret getting a contract from these guys coz clearly they lie about they are ******** you can’t say I didn’t when I used the correct reference and even emailed proof but still leave my account in arrears
