CELL C ARE ********!

I called cell c to cancel my contract in December and this wasn't done. Instead I was told to pay more money to process the cancellation. When I escalated this matter , i was promised a call back from a team leader, STILL WAITING. On the 11th i called back to cancel the contract again, i am given an amount to pay and i pay. Today i am told i short paid and they cannot cancel the contract. I have a R0.06 that i must pay all because an *********** agent didn't know how to use a calculator and give me the correct settlement amount . They are refusing to cancel , but still acknowledge that this is the agent's fault. CELL C YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ****** AND I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!!!!!
