Cell c are saying i did the exact same transaction on my account twice in 2 months

<p>On the 16th July 2017 , i purchased R30 airtime through fnb connect.</p> <p>I did not receive the airtime and neither did i purchase 300mb data for R65</p> <p>There is no evidence of me purchasing R50 + R17 airtime , i am speaking off the R30 airtime which i didnt receive on the 16th July 2017 @ 1:11:01am , i then had to use my existing R14.70 cents to purchase 2 daily bundles valued @ R6 each for 250mb to use between 1am & 7am which i am aware off, however the R30 Airtime which was purchased never reflected in my account.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We are going around in circles and nobody seems to assist.</p> <p>THE BELOW INFORMATION IS INCORRECT, THE PURCHASES WERE ONLY DONE ON THE 16TH JUNE 2016 IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO YESTERDAY MORNING, I DID NOT LOAD ANY 300MB DATA BUNDLE YESTERDAY , IT WAS DONE ON THE 16TH JUNE 2016 NOT ON THE 16TH JULY 2017 </p> <p> </p> <p>YOU CANNOT SAY THAT BECAUSE EVERYTHING CORRESPONDS IT IS CORRECT, IT IS INCORRECT, I DIDNT RECEIVE MY AIRTIME UNTIL NOW </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK CORRECTLY </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>" It is very evident that everything else on the response corresponds with everything that happened on the 16th of July which obviously means that the 06th month that was typed was typed in error.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Cell C | PN " </p>
