Cell c are robbing me as they are there worst

I can't believe that cell c is doing this to me. My account is in arrears I have made payment plans and spoken to several people over the past two months. On the 30th I have nade cash payment and 2 days ago made further arrangements to make cash payments for later this month and january goinv forward . Yesterday they debited my account with rest of amount owing but there is no funds in my account and now I am owing my bank! I have spoken to call centre and they all tell me different things. They actually shout at me and their attitude is so bad. They are really the worst network and I feel like taking legal and public action against them as my rights are being violated. I have tried to explain to them my situation and have spent so much calling and sending emails but they still are causing me so much stress and suffering. I cannot believe that this is what cell c will do their customers. Vodacom never did this to me ever and I am a happy contract customer with them. Is this what the new south Africa is about? *****ed comeanies like cell c all over? I want answers now !
