Cell C are ******s and !!Never use them

I went into cell c to cancel my contact in March 2022. The consultant advised that I need to pay the settlement amount which I did and they will debit me the balance end of the month. After a month I requested feedback from the greenacres branch in PE which fell on deaf ears. A month after that I finally got hold of the manager after numerous attempts and he advise that after a week he managed to close the account ( which i requested a email as proof that the account has been clsoed, still did not receive) this morning I received a statement stating that l owe R2000. This is very frustrating as I am planning to leave the country with intentions of purchasing a house in the next year. Negligence like this will affect my credit score for something I have done nothing wrong on. I have requested so many times for my matter to be referred to higher management, but that to falls on def ears, or there's fear from the ground not to refer me to higher management. After 7 years of being a loyal customer I would not recommend anybody to do business with Cell C as they will offer you bad customer service and *******!
