Cell C are really bunch of ****** & **********, I am reporting them to Ombudsman.

Cell C are bunch of Ass holes. They keeps pretending like they are helping me with my Upgrade but nothing has changed. I upgraded from 20Mbps to 50Mbps over a Month ago but I dont see any difference. I thought I would be able to view 4k quality streaming videos on Youtube but 4k buffers forever. I keep having connection cutting off every hour and I downloads are too slower than when I had 20Mbps which is ridiculous. Speed did not improve instead it got worse. I believe they are selling 20Mbps to people pretending its 50Mbps and most people dont even realized it yet. I fail to understand why when I email them complaining with speed-test images as evidence they give me referance nr and close it immediately within a day without calling or emailing me back which is shady and indicate that they are ******. Government need to hear about this, I am now reporting this to Ombudsman I will not be ****** this bad. Cell C will be hearing from Ombudsman cause I am sick and tired of complaining, people sending me referance numbers and never calling me nor help me, I am always the one who calls Cell-C and their technicians telling me different stories and lying to me. If you cant give me 50Mbps please be honest with me and give me my money back. When I ask for their technician to come and check for themselves and fix their problem they say I need to pay thousands to have a technician come over to fix their problem, this is ridiculously insulting and ********. You will be hearing from Ombudsman and my lawyers soon. I am paying R989 and I was supposed to pay R849 for 50Mbps I am not getting which is so ******** and totally wrong of Cell-C. I wont encourage people to use Cell-C as their service provider or else they will suffer like I am.
