Cell c are pathetic with rude call centre agents

Cell c in my opinion are ******* I loaded a 30 day whatsapp bundle on the 27 of June 2018 To my suprise on the 15 of july 2018 it was gone.expired Up to now i dont know why.all i know is i hardy used it Then the 16th i loaded another 1.that too disappeared the 20th of July 2018 Thats 3 bundle in less than 30 days I called in the call centre Apparently no bundle loaded appears on their records and the call centre agent that i spoke to was really rude and sounded like she had something more important to do

Ive got sms notying me of all the bundles i loaded

.because of this experience i will be changing my number and joining mtn I will never reccomend cell c to anyone and anyone else who is on cell c i will reccomend they change

Totally dissapointed

Your communication doesnt help I still got sms notifications saying i loaded bundles on specific dates mentioned But you guys still insist i didnt

I guess the smss saying i loaded bundles probibly were implanted by a ghost Since youll are saying i never had a whatsapp bundle till today But i loaded 1 every month for the last year without fail.but 2 for the month of may and 3 for the last 30 days

She didnt help a bit.refused to see reason that i loaded the bundles every month for a year.but for some reason you guys cant pick it up on the system.why is that.or is that cell c's way of making free money

I have loaded another because unfortunately i can only change my number after a month or 2.but i will be leaving cell c.after 9 years with 2 different numbers

She advised that there was no record on the system indicating that you bought the WhatsApp bundle, she did not refuse to assist.

I am well aware.which i dont understand why I loaded a third bundle on the 21st of july at 9am This has also ended officially even though i send around 3 or 4 messages a day.sometimes less Eg.yesterday the 31st i received two messages and sent 3.i barely message or send videos or images I dont understand.3 bundles for the month of july Please explain
