Cell C are ****mers

My contract with Cell C was supposed to end on the 30th of June on the 06-05-2024 a consultant phoned from Cell C offering me an upgrade I told the consultant I don’t want to upgrade instead she should cancel my contract, on the 11th of june after Cell C debited from my account I phoned them to confirm was indeed the last time they are debiting to my surprise I was told my contract was never cancelled I need to wait 30 days so I was told it will be cancelled on the 11 of July on on the 8th of July the debit order went off they debited R710 instead of R274 when I query that I was told that since my old contract has expired I was put in a new contract and on my old contract I had a discount, I’m demanding a dispute because I didn’t agree to any contract of R710 Cell no: Case no: ***
