Cell C are lying *******

Bought an add on data bundle - my control panel showed I have data available (also telephonically confirmed by Cell C) - I still got charged out of bundle rates - Now Cell C claims they can not pick up that I bought an add on bundle. 20 emails ignored. Condescending staff at helpdesk no. Cell C makes me sick, Dishonest ******* *****ing thousands from me.. cancelled with them. puke,.
