Cell C are ***** & Cheats

Cell C Contract Buy-out is a f****!! Stay away from this Network!!<br> <br> I opt for Contract buy-out at the end of October 2015. After much difficulty experienced with Cell C store Bayside, my number finally ported to Cell C, and my contract was activated from 1 November 2015. I was given a Mastercard Voucher (value - R 2500.00), to use to spend at any store. 3 - 4 week later I tried using the card at Pick 'n Pay, only to find out to my embarresment , that it was declined!. I then phoned customer services (140), and was told to go back to Bayside store and have the card activated, as the Sales Consultant never activated the card in the first place!. Arriving at Bayside store, al they did was make copies of the card and ID book, and promised to send the information to the company that handles these cards. Well, its been 6 weeks since I opted for contract buy-out and still i cannot use the Mastercard Voucher!!1 Pathetic and everybody, including customer service Head Office is just passing the buck!!!! I'm very unhappy and upset!! Please resolve this matter immediately or I will report you to the National Consumer Council and ombudsman!! Thanks
