Cell C are ***** and sell cheap products

An arrangement was made with Cell C who was assisting with my initial complain. The Cell C store in Gateway was suppose to reimburse me a months subscription for all the inconvenience caused when I returned a loan device. I clearly informed Blanche to rely this arrangement with the store manager Ashna, as I do not want to go to the store and argue this matter but, when I went to the store Ashna knew nothing of the arrangement and I looked like a damn fool!! Nevertheless, I had to re book my device that was collected three days ago for the very same problem!! It took cell C more than 21 days to sort my device but clearly nothing was done. I have photos and video recordings of the problem the device is giving me. This is the third time the device is being booked for the same problem, twice consecutively for the same problem.
