CELL C ARE *****

I need assistance with getting my paid-up letter from SSDA and Cell C, last year during covid my business suffered was unable to pay my Cell C account once my business started functioning I paid them the R5800 I was owing but Cell C still handed my account over to SSDA and said my account was R20000 in arrears which I couldn’t understand as I hadn’t paid for 4 months or so but because I didn’t want my name to be blacklisted I made arrangements with SSDA paying R6700 a month for 3 months. As soon as I had finished paying and they debuted my last debit order the following month I asked for the paid up letter and was told I will get it after 21working days, I then received email from Elvin Scharneck with my 00 balance statement and also stated on the same email that I should be receiving my paid up letter , I then called after 7 days and was treated very poorly , firstly the call centre agents there are unprofessional, they kept hanging up on my ear until the receptionist managed to put me through a lady who managed to request a paid up letter from the finance department and asked me to call again this morning to follow up. Cell C sent me a 00 balance statement but when I called SSDA they said I should call CellC for that letter not them. I need that letter so Experian can remove my name. How long does it take to get a settlement letter? From R5800 to paying 20k i never questioned it because you never get a straight answer from cell c. All i want is the paid letter and part ways.
