Cell C are in it to rip you off

Do not deal with Cell C ever they are only in it to **** you.

I took out a contract for 50 gig lte at R289 on 29 October and received an sms from cell c indicating 50gig had been loaded onto the account.

Next day it cut off.

I called cell c and the customer agents indicated i wasnt allocated 50gig but rather a prorata data which the cell c sales agent conveniently forgot to tell me off.

The cell c sms was also supposedly wrong.

They then billed me out of bundle rates.

Cell c got a gentlemen Moses Mo***eng to deal with my complaint.

Its 3 weeks and nothing.

Today I received a debit order notification that the account debited for full amount even though this was not the agreement.

Cell C have taken ICASA to court and are *********** consumers via misrepresentation and trying there best to bill out of bundle rates and thus maximise profits.

I regret ever signing up with cell c
