Cell C are hiding something

Do you get those incredibly irritating calls from some half trained nit wit who tries to sell you something and you can't stop them or get anything intelligible out of them. Some time ago I paid off my current phone and have been due for an upgrade. Cell C continuously hassles me, even though I have repeatedly asked them not to. The reason I don't want a new phone is the expense and being locked into a 24 month contract. Coverage at our current address is terrible. To be honest if it weren't for the hassle I would have gone back to Vodacom. MY ISSUE IS, CELL C REFUSES POINT BLANK TO SEND ME THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN WRITING PRIOR TO ME SIGNING UP a 2 YR CONTRACT. THIS HAPPENS REGULARLY. FOR WHAT NEFARIOUS REASONS. I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING. THE BEST WAS WHEN ONE OF THE IRRITATING CALLERS OFFERED TO READ THE T&Cs OUT TO ME????? WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT I COULD HARDLY REFER TO IT SHE SERIOUSLY TOLD ME IT WAS ALL RECORDED??? WHAT IS IN THESE T&CS, CLEARLY SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT IN OUR FAVOR ??? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
