Cell C are full of lies or maybe they are just ********

I app**** for a contract at cell c then they told me the phone i need is out of stock they will order for me. they continue with vetting and later called me that my contract has been approved. they even sent me an sms to tell me i am approved. went ahead nd took my details for delivery because it was an online application.

Now they come back to tell me i should get another contract with even higher price. why do you approve someone then later come back and tell them they need to order something different? if you could not order the phone i wanted why approve my application? are you trying to push more higher sales or you are ******** me?
