Cell C are frigging *********

Was offered an upgrade in May. They sent a handset that was 3 years old and unusuable. After a complaint it was returned to them in june and the contracts ended. Every month they still debit my account and i have tobgo into my bank and do a written request to reverse the debit order. Cell C have not responded to numerous phone calls or mails. There is no way to contact management and the store simply refers you to the call centre who are manned by idiots
