Cell C are **********, watch out for them

I am contacting you to let you know how DISGUSTED AND APPALLED I am with Cell C. In the past 3 months (up to last week) I have had unauthorized debit orders on my FNB account from Cell C, funny thing is I have no contract in place with Cell C. I contacted my bank FNB regarding this and they gave me the details of the person at Cell C by the name of S'bongile Sibeko referenced on the Debit order. I have had 7 debit orders amounting to more than a R1900 rand so far. You guys at Cell C are really involved in ********** activities. I need someone to show me a contract I signed with Cell C, or even a telephone recording.

After sending an email to Cell C regarding this to let people know about the ********** activities at Cell C. I was informed that I need to submit an affidavit, my ID copy and bank statement. My question is WHY, if you able to debit me, when can't you produce these records (ID for instance). Its a delay tactic to keep on **********ly debiting my account. I would encourage people to continuously check their bank statements, who knows Cell C might be debiting your account without your knowledge. Funny thing is that their reference number keeps changing.

Funny thing about this debit order is that, the landline number is a Nedbank number, yet the Cell phone number is for someone who claims to work for Cell C:

Clearly Cell C does not listen and they get some form of enjoyment from debiting people without their consent. I mean why should I be so inconvenienced and have to visit a police station and sit in a Que and so forth. I mean if Cell C has the authority to debit my account, why can't you guys produce a signed contract or voice recording that I entered into an agreement with you? I WILL NOT DO THAT, you can rest assured for every debit order you guys continue making, I will ensure that the public is fully aware of this. I will eventually refer to the Ombuds. As mentioned before I do not have a contract with Cell C

You fail to produce proof that I am contracted to you, yet you continue debiting my account. Then when I expose your shady practices, you expect me to produce my ID, proof of banking details and over and above that I need to go make an affidavit. Clearly someone is out of their mind here, it definitely cannot be me, since I am not debiting people's accounts without their consent

If anyone is thinking to move or change to Cell C, don't, they are Frausters, like trained customer service consultants and fail to provide feedback on any Matter you raise with them. Can you believe that after lodging this complaint, nothing has been done on their end. The other day I got a call from one of their representatives who told me BLUNTLY that I DO NOT HAVE SELF RESPECT. After all what would you expect from a company that makes its money by *****ing innocent people's monies. Now Cell C is threatening to list me on ICT for a phone I have never seen, I asked them to show me the alleged contract I signed, to date nothing.
