Cell C are **********
My account was debited on the 25/11/2021 for the amount of R1348.70 from Cell C, when i called the Cell C customer line i was told that, my ID Number *** has a contract with Cell C. I have never opened a contract with Cell C i only have a prepaid number I want to know how it is possible for someone else to open a contract with my information, i sent the required documents to Cell C, ID Copy, Affidavit and bank statements, i have not received any feedback on this regard. i am constantly been called about my account in arrears this is getting frustrating
