Cell C are **********

Since the 11thbof March 2019, I have been trying to tell the company that I dont want my contract renewed. I went to the cell c store and was given a number 084145 which drop called every time I call. I then tried 084135 which also dropped the call. I eventually got a hold of an operator last month whom I asked to esculate the call and get the cancellation department to call me. A month later, no one has called. Today I was on the line for an hour and a half and spoke to Siphamandla Mboyi, Caleb O'Reilly who both transferred to Upgrades and Retentions who dropped the call before they could attend to me. I called 084140 and got assisted by Yolanda who I had to convince to get a hold of her team leader Ntombzodwa Hlophe who was on another line and refused to come to the line. Eventually another team leader Mbali, confirmed that she can't call or communicate directly to Cancellations and Retentions department but will put it on the system that I don't want my contract renewed and esculate the call so that cell c can call me back.

My problem is: I have been trying to cancel for 3 months with no successs I have esculated the call before and no one contacted me. I'm paying for a contract that legally ended in April No one from cell c has tried to resolve this matter of simply not renewing my contract.

It feels like this is how cell c makes its money by debiting contracts indefinitely! Siphamandla said O can do what I like when I said this is ********** behaviour from the company! Disgusted and distressed by the lack of service. I would never recommend Cell C to anybody.
