CELL C ARE *****S

<p>I have a CELL C subscription service that takes my airtime every time i recharge.That happens twice or three times a day.I queried this with Cell C three times this year with no solution.I am very unhappy with this because i did not give CEll C permission to take my money.I would like to be refunded my money. The last person i spoke to Cell c told me that i need to wait for 48 hrs for the subscription to be deleted up to this day it has not been deleted.The number in question- ********** 853.I am very unhappy with this.</p>
