Cell C are Data *******10

Cell C, is by far the worst company I have dealt with... Issue after issue after issue

1st - I buy 50GB of data and I received 20.97GB... Nobody can tell me where the other 28.3GB is.

2nd - I phone 1 week later to follow up on my case after being told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Nobody can tell me what's happening with my case so they suggest I log a new case.

3rd - I decide to go into a branch to get assistance on this, they understand that I have been ****** of data, so they phone their customer service!!!! I get promised a daily update... NOTHING!

4th - I gave you my private phone number to get in contact with me regarding the case. I finally get a phone call from you HOWEVER, it's a salesperson wanting to sell me data (actually laughable)

5th - I finally decide to save on my Anytime (Daytime) data and instead use up my nite time data so I wake up at 1AM!! only to see on my Cellc App(Dashboard) that my Anytime data is being used up rather than my Nite time data.

Cell C, you are data *******... and it's quite obvious you don't care about your customers... Making sales clearly is your bottom line
