Second time I call cell c to speak to someone in management and they’re not available 16:00 in the afternoon Now I must deal with my own account I’ve called the various cell c departments over 30 times I’m ****ed I don’t scream over the phone I don’t swear and this is what I get all I want is for my insurance to be canceled and for me to be refunded for a service I didn’t receive from get go but let me miss one payment and my lines get blocked There’s kids working in cell c and every department wants you to go in store where you won’t get assistance Please call me on *** Is management is available I’m tired of paying for things I don’t have and having to call the call center
