Cell C are ******

I had a problem with cell c trying to extend my contract against my will and not being able to get any joy from Their messed up call center or even get through to them, eventually after a previous review someone contacted me to sort the problem out or so I thought. First of all the person who contacted me was condescending as per usual, and they kept on about out of bundle charges and now I know why. I have been using my last months worth of data which I have paid for even though I was not given the night time portion of it..worst of all the data is just flying off, there is even a ney app appeared that is just taking loads without being able to stop it, even if I log off and take the sim car out of my modem the data is still being used. So obviously they are trying to get me over my limit in order to charge me on their exorbitant out of bundle rates this is **************** and ******ion at the very least and it seems that they can debut my bank account at will. I do not understand how this is possible, they are using the credit act to ******. Now their customer care line is non existent and there is no other way of contacting them as there is no cell c shop in the town where I live.
