Cell C are ******

<p>I have been put through hell by cell c, to begin with I spoke to someone in the social media department by the name of Skhumbuzo Ndhlovu who promised me that they would not be any deduction from my account and gave me reference number as proof. to my suprise the deductions went through. i send Skhumbuzo an email to ask till now no response. then i call cutomer care who are so useless and they tell me that they cannot put me through to skhumbuzo, I spoke to Bongani, Thato,Mpumi and Jabu in one day all of these people cannot help me. so i am wondering why do they even have a customer care. all I need from them is a letter to proof of the cancellation as i would like to take this further with the ombudsman. </p>
