Cell C are ******
Cell C is the biggest bunch of ****** wanting me to pay a cancelation fee whereas the contract ended over 2 months ago and when I spoke to the consultant I was advised there would be no additional charges. I asked for a copy of the recording and now I'm told I must go to a cell c store... WHY? What am I going to do there? I did not go to the store to cancel nor take out the contract so why must I drive out MY PETROL to go to the store... THEY THINK THEY'RE CLEVER.

13 Sept 2021, 16:07I am not disputing paying for the benefits, but what I want to know is HOW MY BILL IS R563 whereas in the past 24 months, my bill has not exceeded R410... and if you claim that its for the benefits what I want to know is what makes this months benefits different from all the other months
