Cell c are crocks and don't care about customers!!

I last lodged a complain about Kabelo from cell c who sold me things dishonestly!! And cell c only came back to say 'we dealt with the matter already' I doubt they know the meaning of dealt! In August, Kabelo was supposed to pay 1,5 and I paid 249 only as he sold me things that I did not ask for and that was the conclusion with the store manager that he would pay the money, but they still debitted my account, now they just took over 2k in my account when again I was supposed to pay 249!! Well I'm so done with cell c, I want all my money back, this matter must be handled by cell c not Kabelo! If he **** before he surely can lie again! They act like I picked him up in the streets! I found him at their stores he represents them and any mirespresentarion by their people means they take full accountability! It's their employee when I see him I see cell c! What they will then do with after is not my baby to carry!! My experience with cell c has gone to bed and I now want nothing to do with them as I can see they don't care, they know nothing about TCF! Now they must cancel the contract and I'll give them back their stupid device, I'm going for other trustworthy providers!!!!
