Cell c are crocks

Ok so it's been 4 months since I wrote a review about cell c *****ing money for my grandmother's account, oncetgefirst review was out cell c contacted me the very next day. And as I suspected they had excuses after excuses on what was the reason for them taking the funds out off the poor old ladies account. Then I queried them and the answers didn't add up so we came to agreement that they will reimburse my grandmother for the months that the funds were taken off after investigation and I was quite happy asking them to keep me updated on the progress, and at the same time they will cancel the so called contracts that are on active. To my surprise the following months another debt order goes though. Now I ask you what do I do in a situation like this ??? Cause they clearly are taking advantage of a 87 year old lady.
