Cell c are *********

<p>I had a contarct with cell c . this year I cancelled the contract and because they did not honour up to my agreement with them , They went on to my account requesting debot orders on the 5 times in a month . I have proof from my bank statement . they did not honour up to the date that I gave them , They cost me bank charges which ware a R179 for their debot order . This year on the 22nd of March , I called them and asked that I termiate my contarct because they are not reliable , they always claim that my bank rejected their debit order , which was they every months story . I got the settlement amount , and I was told that they will give my my package montly , until the contract expires . That dd not Happen , a girl by the name Mpho , said that to me . I didnt call them to ask why am I not Recieving my package , cell c was not worth my energy , I didnt want anything to do with them . they confirmed that my number - ********** is now on prepaid . march month end tehy didnt go into my account , so my stress is gone . in April Cell c , went into my account and took R1300 , I called and i spoke to Nomthandazo , she said that was for penalties for cancelling the contract before time . I asked her Why was I not told about that , whaen I callled to cancell the contract , she says she doesnt know . how does that happen when you work for cell c , you should answer for cell c . she had no answers for me . A guy by the name of Bongani called me to tell me that I owe cell c R189 , which was what i paid monthly on the contarct , I asked him what it was for , he didnt know he said his system says that . I have on countless times called them and told them to stop playing doll house in my account , They are still doing that cositing ban charges of R179 for ther debot order , that comes in whenever they feel like it . Why is cell c still debotng my account when I have settled their account ? why is that no one in their thoudands of consultants cant find answers as to why is that happening. Cell c is forever giving me the run arounds , and tehy are not willing to help me with this . cell c acountants are ********* , they consultant from customer care to accounts are rude and not helpful . I want my monry that absa has charged me fromthem doing as they please in my account . I want cell c to stop playing farm yard in my account , I want them to live me alone am not their customer anymore . I was told by a consultant at Absa that cell c does this . They never take the fall for their wrongs , they always say will lodge a case for you , which was true that is what they did to me , I cant count how many times I have called and all they did was to lodge a case and never get back to me . If they say I owe them , they mus tgive me proof of their claims . Cell c must stop harrasing me . this is teh number that gave a headache and causing me to work for bank charges - ********** . They know axactly what is happening with that account . Sandile told me to go and stop the debot order at my bank , they cant do anything about it . how does that happen they they cant do anything about it ? when theyare the ones sending debit orders .
