Cell C are con artists

Absolutely pathetic con artists. That's what they are. Got a laptop on 16th March. On the 17th March it crashed. I was told that a technician will come to me and check it out and if need be give me a new laptop as the thing was only a day old... This of co****, didn't happen. After the sale was made and you got your money, then I'm told I HAVE TO wait up to 2 weeks for them to repair it.. IT WAS ONE DAY OLD.... I dripped it at Cell C Greenstone in the 23rd March with the promise that they will speed the process up. To say is the 29th March and no one can tell me what the problem is or when I will receive it back. I need this machine to earn a living. 2 weeks I have been without it. You people do not care.... Once the sale is made, you wash your hands... I will let mey 4 contracts run out and never touch you clowns again. And I will be sure to mention to everyone I know how you conduct business. Buch of blatant liers...
