Cell C are completely incompitent!!! I'm frustrated and furious

I have always been happy with cell c and am advocate. Today definitely is not the case!!! I'm fuming 😡😡😡 I called to enquire about renewing a contract. To be told that both my contracts were only expiring at the end of 2023. The more I said this can't be the case the more the consultant argued with me. I had a raised voice but was not using any profanity yet she put the phone down on me. I even asked to speak to her boss she tells me she doesn't have one. I then call again and go through the whole security check all over again. Explain the situation. She suggests I should email the ***** division. Clearly this is not a *****. I tell her that she says she will put me through to another department. Then starts rambling on about their hours, losing the website, where I should call to check if I'm up for a renewal at this point I'm ready to explode. I politely tell her I'm already angry just put me through to the department. She then proceeds to cut me off instead of transferring me. I call back a third time tell the story again and get cut off when she is trying to transfer me. PFFFF An hour later someone from 084183 contacts me. I explain the story he said he will transfer me to the right department. I tell my story all over again and after telling her the whole story she says I will transfer you and if we get cut off phone 084183.I've already done this several times. Cell C don't you bother in training your staff properly. This is ridiculous. Firstly the consultant who renewed my contract without my permission. Who in their right mind upgrades there contact without a phone when you're comfortably on a month to month. NOT ME I'M NOT THAT STUPID I remember the consultant saying to me that I can't carry on with the package I had that it's no longer available. He said I have to change to this other one. And then clearly proceeded to update my contract without my permission. I'm furious. I will take this as far as the ombudsman of I have to. That's is decietful. I never agreed to this. He ******* me somehow. I'm very angry with cells C's tactics and service. After over 13 years I no longer wish to be their customer.
