CELL C ARE COMMITING *****
Cell C **********ly opened a 24 month contract on my name and its been two months without anything being done. They are further debiting my account and they cant direct to a Department that deals with *****. they are a bunch of *******. They cannot tell you who opened the account and when I requested a copy of the contract I supposedly signed I was sent a blank one. Looking through the complaints this seems to be a modus operandi for Cell C who take your money and then pretend to not know what is going on. This is ***** as well as a contravention of the POPI Act. I am an attorney and ask that other people that are going this leave your contact details in your complaint and we can bring a joint action against this huge corporate willfully condoning *****.

Obviously because your ******* thievery will be exposed... there are so many complaints regarding the same thing here....This cannot be a mistake!!!! Also when contracts are taken telephonically, there should be a sound recording as this is the basis of the contract .... Even this is not available !!!!!
