Cell C are ****** *****s!

I am livid! I settled my cell c contract last month at around the 17th or so of September paid R7331. 63 I phoned two days later and instructed that my contract be cancelled! I was lead to believe that this was done successfully only for the *****s to debit the R7331. 63 again today! The 20th October This has caused my account to be overdrawn as I hadn't budgeted for their stupidity! My car insurance has gone unpaid and a couple of other debut orders because of this! When I phoned their call centre I am advised that they can't assist me and that I should phone tomorrow! What *******! They have caused me so much damage and won't even assist me when I need the assistance?! If I ever take out a contract with this joke of a network it will be too soon! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
