Cell C are Big **********, ******** and *****s

Bad service provider ever, on the 29/12/2022 I bought 80 Gigs for R199 then on the 30/12/2022 my data vanished, on the 02/01/2023 i went to cell c store they told me i must wait for 24hours to 48 hours but I didn't get any response from them am the one who's doing follow up each and everyday. Now they telling me that am not gonna get my data back because they didn't deduct airtime on my account.those ********,*****s,********** are creating stories i want my data back☹️☹️☹️☹️
