CELL C are abusing their Loyal Customers that have contracts shamelessly. :(
I was Charged R8300 for the month of November 2024 for exceeding my data bundle on my contract by 19GB. My account is normally around R2K to R3K. For December my account is now again high at R6064!! So I was charged about R5000 more for 19GB of data! Thus I get charged R263.15 per GB but I can Purchase 2.3GB valid for 3 days at R31 on their offers that flood my messages. You are *****ing from your customers Cell C EXPLAIN PLEASE!!!

As a regular paying customer why is out of bundle rated 1000% higher than normal? PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT I AM COMPLETING MY CONTRACT AND WILL BE LEAVING AFTER THAT. YOUR EX LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!!!
