Cell C are a bunch of ******

Cell C are nothing short of a bunch of *********. Since the middle of last month our wifi signal dropped from 4G to 2G without any warning. After numerous trips to the Cell C outlet and finally a technician coming to the house, we were informed that we no longer get 4G coverage in the area. When I contacted Cell C to cancel the contract I was informed that I must still pay for another month before the contract can be cancelled since there has been 'some' usage. In other words I have to pay for 6 weeks of 2G service when my contract clearly states 4G service. Absolute highway *******. I would advise anyone to keep well clear of this ***** service provider...
