Cell C are *******!!!!!

I've been having an ongoing issue for years and this must just ****ing stop now enough is enough!!!

I've explained the below story countless times to the idiots at cell c, but nothing happens and up until today, I'm still getting the same ****ing SMS's and calls, stating I own them money and have been handed over.

A few years back, I had a contract with you guys. I then went to Cell in Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain and asked if I could get an upgrade for a laptop, the person told me I have one more payment to make before I can get it. I was asked to go make the payment at Woolworths first then come back. I went and made the payment at Woolworths in Promenade Mall and settled the account. I went back to Cell C, the guy told me I don't qualify enough for the laptop I wanted but I can get something cheaper instead. I rejected and said no it's fine, can you please rather cancel it instead. The guy agreed to cancel and that was it.

Now today I'm threatening sms's and emails of being blacklisted and handed-over, for money I dont ****ing owe!!! You've been charging me for services I have not been using.

I want this written off immediately please because his has been affecting my credit for so long now. I don't owe you and will never pay you a damn cent.

I can't remember which year it was, all I can tell you is to go and look when I made that final payment at Woolworths Promenade to settle the account, it was on the 09 March I know cos it was intended to be a Birthday present for someone,. I just can't recall which year that was.
