CELL C APPROVED A CONTRACT I NEVER APP**** FOR, EVEN DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT
Cell C approved a contract I never app**** for, and a debit order went through yesterday. On the 21 of May 2019 I got a call an OTP from Cell C, a guy called the following day to confirm if I did apply for contract, for which I DID NOT, I asked the gentleman to block any future telephonic applications using my details, to my surprise I got the OTP again a month later on the 21st of June 2019, I tried calling 084151 I could not go through because they were asking for an SF ID,I did not know what that is, now Cell C debited R199 from my account.
Please fix this. in the meantime I'll be in touch with my lawyer.
