CELL C APPAULING SERVICE!!! and failure to deli8ver on

I have been a client with Cell C since the year 2016. Paying my installments without fail promptly as required as a law abiding citizen. I went to the extent of adding on two cellphones to the contract, believing i am solidifying our relationship based on trust and good service. I am APPAULED!!!!! to say the very least at their customer service and failure to deliver on their promises. This is in connection with the cellphone as well as their counterpart Cellsure whom handle the phone insurance. The consultants seem to not be able to do what is required from them, despite the long wait to be put through to a consultant they then have the audacity to hang up mid conversation-after 30minutes of waiting, using my own airtime. Their turn around time is nothing like they promise when trying to process claims. I have been doing THEIR work by following up on the claim myself, using my own resources and time

Terrible service-I would not recommend it to anyone!!! I am at the very least disappointed!
