Cell C "apparently" repairs

<p>This has to be the worse Customer experience ever once again from cell C once again,</p> <p>I bought a phone from Cell c Mobicel air desire and not even after a month of having the phone I had to send it it for repairs as it just switched off and never went back on after waiting for almost a month for my phone I had to log a review on hello peter then only I got my phone back</p> <p>Now after a couple of months the phone doesn’t want to charge which obviously is the charging point so the phone goes in for repairs for another 3 WEEKS Ref ( CCD120329)</p> <p>Firstly I called to do a follow up I was told the phone was sent to mobicel for repairs after a week I call back and I was told that the phone is ready for RAM to deliver the next week I call back still no phone!!! I’m told that they will deliver the phone the next Monday</p> <p>Monday passed STILL NO PHONE eventually on 28th April 2017 the phone is delivered to me at work no feedback about the phone me being under the impression that the phone is fixed I try switching it on and nothing happens tried charging it nothing happens so I call the repairs department I spoke to Garry Baloyi</p> <p>And I’m told that the phone couldn’t be repaired because of water damage!!?? My phone was 100% working at that time only thing was it wants charging I had to keep it a certain angle for it to charge and then it would be fine again so I decided to send it for repairs at this point the phone wouldn’t charge anymore and today I’m told its water damage, I have 3 contracts with Cell c and I am highly irritated with the inconvenience of cell c repairs department</p>
