Cell C APPALLING SERVICE

Cell C offered me an awesome cellphone contract, of which I took and faithfully paid it of in 2019. But my account reflected that is in arrears at the credit bureau. I went to the store to enquire about it, they told me in doesn’t appear or reflect on their system therefore I should call the customer care line. I called the customer care line where they confirmed that I do owe them that amount and provided me with cell c banking details. I paid the amount last year but the amount still appears on my credit profile. So I’ve been requesting and imploring cell c to please provide me with a paid up, so that I can apply for a home loan, since last year. I’ve written emails, I’ve done everything that cell c requested me to do. To this day I don’t have the paid up letter and my chances of getting a home loan are ruined.
