Cell C appalling service

I am so frustrated. Before Xmas I was called to upgrade and phone would be delivered. This was completed by verbal contract. It’s 2 weeks now and nothing. No sms. I have called 4-5 times with no resolution. On one of these times I was put through to 14 different people. When sent to the follow up department I get cut off that there is a technical problem and cannot be out through. Each time each consultant asks me the same 3 questions. Then when I am asked for security questions they ask impossible queries like ‘what date did you acquire your ct property’. I have had 5 properties. How must I recall the acquisition date year something like 15 yrs ago? Or what date did you resign as a director from a company? Like I can recall the year of 5+ yrs ago. My phone still not delivered and I have no idea where this is. This is just appalling i spend hours on the phone getting nowhere.
