Cell C - Appalling Service

<p>I recently app**** for an additional contract with Cell C, it's not my first time coming here to get things sorted out. I must stress that upto the point I received the new phone the service was excellent, the agent i dealt with made sure that everything went smoothly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trouble started when i received the phone and discovered that it was smaller in size than I had imagined and decided to return it. On the same day I received the phone I started calling Cell C to notify them i wanted to return the phone. On every number I called I was given a diffrent number to call. I think i got upto ten numbers then three days later i decided to take the phone to Cell C myself because i was worried the 5 working day return period would lapse. Since then I have been battling to get the contract cancelled first before I make my next decision but noone is forthcoming.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please Cell C is coming to Hello Peter the only way to get issues solved? Mine is a corporate account but I don't feel like having "power in my hands at all." </p>
