Cell C ...Appalling Service

Absolutely conniving.Cell C refuses to cancel my contract and furthermore,their call center agents play the game well by not attending to my queries accordingly.Pathetic work ethics or are they all trained to mislead customers.Cancelation office closes at 6pm....was told that a supervisor would call before the end of business day...1 minutes to closing time....I'm still waiting. Frustrated and fed up .
