Cell C appalling customer service

I cancelled my internet contract with Cell C end Jan. They disconnected the service before close of business at the end of the month and stole 1.2 gigs of data, which I queried. Call centre consultants are ***** and absolutely inefficient - they have no concept of what customer service is. Am still waiting for Cell C to get back to me on my query - almost a month later following numerous queries and complaints.
